2. What we collect

Contact form — name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message.

Dealer locators — if you tap “Use my location”, your device location is used inside your browser to sort dealers by distance. It is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

We use personal data to respond to and route your enquiry, administer brand-partnership, dealer and stockist applications, keep records of our correspondence, and improve this website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Consent

By submitting the contact form you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]; we will stop processing unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers that operate this website and its form handling (hosting and workflow automation), under obligations of confidentiality; a principal or brand partner only where your enquiry concerns their programme (for example, a Michelin Lifestyle stocking enquiry); and authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Dealer-locator maps are served by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies; their use is governed by Google’s privacy policy. This website sets no marketing or advertising cookies of its own.

6. Storage and retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted. Our hosting provider may store data on servers outside Malaysia; where that happens we require protection comparable to the PDPA.

7. Security

Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it for your enquiry. Data is encrypted in transit, and our systems are protected by industry-standard safeguards.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, ask us to delete it, or limit its processing, by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 21 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Department of Personal Data Protection (JPDP).
